Domain Pointers

From the main User Menu, Account Manager → select the “Domain Pointers” link. You will see a page that looks like this:

Domain pointers allow you to forward other domains to your main website. Make sure to change the records of these domains to the same name servers as your main website (this is done through the domain registrar). To create a Domain Pointer, click on “Create Domain Pointer” button.

Note: It may take up to 24-48 hours for the pointer to become active.
 

Site Redirection

From the main User Menu, Account Manager → select the “Site Redirection” link. You will see a page that looks like this: WeKNow DirectAdmin

Site redirection allows you to forward visitors to somewhere else on your website, or to a complete different website. To create a Site Redirection, click on “Create New Redirect” button. You can select also if it is a temporary redirect (302), a permanent (301) or a replacement (303). To create a Redirect, click on the “Create” button.

Error pages allow you to control what visitors see when they encounter these types of errors:

401 Unauthorized (the visitor does not have permission to view the file/directory)
403 Forbidden (access to the file/directory is not possible)
404 The file or directory is not found
500 An error occurred on the server

With the buttons “View” & “Edit” you can make your customizations.
